Edith Alcaide Caño, Legal Counsel of the international hospital in Barcelona specialized in pediatrics and gynecology, Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, has shared with us her fantastic experience with Bounsel, highlighting mainly the exquisite customer service and the continuous support she has received at all times.
Since they started using Bounsel more than half a year ago, Edith and her legal teammates, María Muro and María de Valles, have noticed an exponential growth in the platform. “We have been using the platform for half a year and since we used it for the first time until now there have been many improvements, the growth is super, super, super, super exponential. For our part, we see it as a tool with a lot of potential,” says Edith.
What has really impressed Edith, though, is the level of attention and follow-up they receive. “I have good feedback. You are always very attentive. In addition, Edith appreciates the speed and effectiveness of the Bounsel team in solving any problems. “The whole experience I have had with you has been very positive, when there has been something that has gone wrong, when we have told you about it, you have been very quick, you have proposed a meeting or contacted us to see what was going on and to find a solution. That does give me a lot of confidence, in the sense that if something goes wrong one day, or whatever, I can count on you.”

“There’s the technology and beyond the technology there’s you, the people who also help us solve it. The solutions you provide are always very positive and you are always there behind us. It’s a very strong point that you have, which is not only the technology, which can be very good and very powerful, but there is a team of people behind it who are willing to solve problems.”
Finally, Edith appreciates the focus on continuous improvement and innovation that Bounsel offers. “I feel that you are behind us and that you follow up with us and Marcos is always ready for anything. And we value this very much, the spirit of always trying to improve everything that we’re telling you as customers because I have this feeling that maybe we say, well this we see it this way and we don’t know how to do it and right away you come up with a way to add an update or a new update in Bounsel that can help make that doable and it’s appreciated.”
